You could easily rip the source of it, but it takes ages to do that, as u need css and every thing.

Look for a JS file in the source, open it, look at the copy right, go on the website, download.

It isnt for joomla, just someone made a addon that can include the menu into Joomla

it takes a long time to use it so u dont need Joomla, its possible but takes ages 2 code, i advise u 2 get Joomla and let it do it for you :)

Sorry Mashy, I'm afraid I can't make it at the moment as I'm sorting out some of my websites.

But it's only a 5-10 minute job, so I'm sure a good coder on this forum will help you out.

If I was you I would modify the files created for Joomla to use in your CMS/system.

PHP Makes a good website in my opinion, of course you need HTML, CSS and what-not.But PHP and a good database can make a good website better.
