Yeap if you don't like led zepp that's fine, but what annoys me is people who don't like them and say they've done nothing for music :S they've done as much as the beatles imo

Well LZ is pretty overrated. They're okay and stuff, but people make them out to be more than they are. They certainly weren't as inspirational as the Beatles. Jimmi Hendrix isnt overrated though, he did a lot for how people perceived guitar.

I dont idolize people. You can look up to people, but to call anyone a God is putting too much in for yourself.

Meh, I really like led zepp personally, it's great listening to one of their albums at once- kinda like a journey if that makes sense?

Yeah, concept albums. Making a concept album is pretty much the #1 way to win critical acclaim. Critics eat that stuff up (but then again, so do I).

Yeah i've listened to a fair few concept albums.. just the led zepp ones seem to be different in a certain way if that makes sense :S

...not really... There are about a gazillion different types of concept albums, each has been done by more than one band Im sure.

One of the reasons why I like led zepp too is because the members are pretty great musicians

hendrix was the greatest guitarist the world ever conjured, he did to guitar what.. well the creater of pop do to pop.

led zeppelin are fantastic, page is a legend.

i've heard better guitarists then page, a lot, but he is still damn awesome.
