For the best movie you've ever seen, it's certainly not rated good at all. EVERYBODY knows that the world's best movie is The Shawshank Redemption.

You're right but The Godfather is on par with it pretty much.

The Shawshank Redemption is a masterpiece. Whoever said it's terrible doesn't know anything about film whatsoever. Maybe they should try checking the IMDb and seeing it at #1 position.
It's the tale of a man's life in prison. Can't say much more then that else it'll ruin it. Watch it, seriously. It'll be the best damn movie experience of your life.

Me watched next, its like all cages stuff, aka Good premis then crap movie based around it.
Plus dispite haveing a limit of 2 miniutes no preminition in the movie seeems limited by that in fact.
pretty much the whole thing is just a preminition spanning days... since the limit obviously isnt used why bother haveing it at all, plus it still fails to explain why the hell he saw the woman so far in the future ether, why bother setting it up at all in that case. It also seemed to just be half a film? it had no real ending, they never found the nuke or anything, just seemed forcefuly lopped off

Shawshank rules, period
You're right but The Godfather is on par with it pretty much.
I'd say no to that but I think the Godfather Part II is better than both
that movie is terrible.
:o
I saw Shawshank Redemption in RE class.

The Green Mile is also a great movie. It's funny how Stephen King wrote The Green Mile and The Shawshank Redemption...
