what program do you need to edit a .dcr file? I think it's ______ Director?

Just right click -> Open with -> Notepad

File Description
Uncompressed image saved in Kodak's RAW image format; used by Kodak digital cameras (typically SLRs) for capturing photos without any compression or color adjustments.

RAW photos can be edited more accurately than .JPEG photos after they have been saved to the computer.

dcr is a file to join together ccts and ctts, i guess you where looking at the source of the habbo loader page?

.DCR's Are compiled .CCT's
You open the CCT's in Macromedia Director and edit the file from there,
You cant open .dcr files.
DCR = Shockwave Movie
CCT = Shockwave Movie Source which can be opened in Macromedia director
