I think I'm having a heart attack or something
I'm 6 stone and I'm 13.
It's just pains in my chest they're not that sore but it's got me worried.
It happens like every 4-5 days.

I exercise regularly.
Play a bit of footie each week and play over 10 hours of Ping-Pong :)
I'm a Ping-Pong freak
Though I do usually have 1-2 packets of crisps a day but sometimes I skip.

Sounds like you just have some muscle that is a bit sensitive in the chest wall. My friend has this and it spasms sometimes. Probably from stretching from ping-pong. If you are worried you should see a doctor though. =]
It seems like Catzsy is right, however chest pains are generally taken very seriously so I would recommend seeing your Doctor just in case because it could be any number of things.

I get this too.. I'm 13 and 6.5 stone :B My dad said it's just growing pains. As your chest expands the intercostal muscles between your ribs begin to get a little stretched, that's all.
