Ok i was talking about my sleep pattern earlier.. I just wanted to know if anybody knew what is wrong with me. My symptoms are A constant headache, pains in my neck, back and jints, sever tiredbness, lack of sleep, partial black outs and a large craving for sugar all of the sudden.

I'd say try sleeping more. 8-10 hours would help. Since you're not getting enough sleep I'd say your body is severely suffering, by lacking sleep you're not letting it rest and rejuvenate. If it's still a problem after you increase your sleep try short naps/rests after work or school or see a doctor or even ask your parents.
If you're diet isn't too crash hot either some fruit, water and less junk food good also help.

Anyway, get like 8 hours sleep minimum a day, depends on your age too. But for me I do 8 hours.

How long have you had these symptoms?

If it's been a while then maybe see a doctor. If not then maybe it has something to do with your diet. If you're craving sugary things then it probably means that your body doesn't have enough sugar in it. Try eating more fruit for that because natural is always better :D

The whole partial blackouts thing though, I would see a doctor for that

i foudn the problem. It was my hayfever tablets, i've had a huge reaction to them. Damn NeoClarityn

I know you've said its the hayfever tablets, but does it hurt to look at bright light?
