ah well, thats another season over.. it's fairly flew by like but it's been good. can't really complain about finishing 8th in our first season in league1 with a rookie manager eh!

the bus journey down didn't take that long really, about 3hours, so we were down just after 1. had a few drinks in the pub and had a good crack with some scunny fans n that before heading over to the ground. although it's a fairly new ground, i hated it.. looked like it had been built in a couple of days the way it was finished off. anyways, another good turnout from the travelling blues considering we had nothing to play for, 1,600 odd i think. our players never really turned up for the game until the 2nd half when we should have scored a couple but it wasn't to be. most of the carlisle fans stayed behind to watch the scunny players get presented with the league trophy and their lap of honour. was fairly suprised when jermaine beckford stopped and shook the hands of most of the carlisle fans left in the ground whilst his team mates were celebrating with their fans on the other side of the pitch.. so fair play to him.

just another couple of months til next season now eh :D

As champions of League 2 last season :8.

What I listened to, it never looked like we were in the game and we were saved by Westwood and Raven on more than one occasion. Switched off when it was 3-0, no way back after that . Heard something that Hawley walked off down the tunnel before the game ended as he was on the bench again if I'm understood. Shows he's comitted . Tenner says Murphy's off to Gretna as well.

He'll still be going though. It's been easy to see that since him and Murphy haven't signed new contracts.

think this picture sums his attitude up over the last few months.. out on the lash before last nights awards evening, walked through the door downing a bottle of red wine, puked soon after, (on the pic he is just about to spew) and then got sent home about an hour after he arrived :D

also told someone that he had already signed a pre-contract agreement with the *** enders and couldn't wait to leave our '****** little club'

Lol at him. My mate got a text off his dad saying Hawley got beat up on Sunday night after the awards evening. Serves him right to be honest. He's disloyal and a hypocrit really.
