Making a pking account. What stats?

Im making a pking account going by the name of biss off.

Obviously im starting frm scratch, so wat stats would yuu recommend i get?

60 attk
70str
70range
70mage
43 prayer as if yo uget to 52 you will get alot of combat levels up

I'm not usre to best honest but its good stats and could do you well or theres

don't start from scratch - your main will be just as good as pking if you improve it.

Na ma mains stats r crap. Ma def is 43, and it takes ages to up lvls.
But fanks for suggestions.

70 Range

G Maul Pure, Range for the armour

Or get 60 attack and D Scimmi and G Maul

And wat lvl would this make me approx?
I need as low as poss.
