if the move you need mate someone gives it to you on route 111 next to some big tree

iirc you can buy it im not 100% sure though :)

3D is correct you go through Fiery path and then you'll see a few berry's go forward and beat the trainers then go north and a guy should be standing beside a large tree. Talk to him and voila.

I nearly forgot this because Pearl is so mind-erasing :P
