Ok, I saw this in the other thread, it's stupid.

vBulletin created the MySQL code, not you. The contents of it was made automatically when a user joins, once again not you. Nobody can sue, so Danny stop trying to act threatning and saying you're going to sue, and Penguin guy, don't think you're gonna get sued, I laughed!

As you said he can use it, he can, if I was Penguin I'd laugh at you for saying you're going to sue. :)

Conclusion: Danny and Penguin stop acting like little children, you both use it or whatever, end of.

Im not saying they are thats obvious im just defending the point you can use a prnt screen in a court.

Its quite simple whilst the owner owns the database its self Penguin owns the interlectual copyrights to the forum structure ranks etc. This isnt a legal issue at all though.
