Im not kidding around, he was hacked.
He sent out a console message to everyone.
For a guess, the hacker only took the best things quickly, if he took his time and tried to take everything, Budy would eventually get back onto his account and change his password and the hacker wouldnt get anything.

UPDATE: If you go into his main trade room, most things are missing, the habbo trophy, dino egg, disco sign and a couple of throne sofas.
