DJ Says Problem

Hi, Well i didnt really want to show site yet but Due to the problem i have to.

At the moment my site is at
www.habbohallway.co.uk/sunny12/ (http://www.habbohallway.co.uk/sunny12/)

And in the top right hand corner you will see a white box, The box should NOT be white it shud be a blackish sort as the file its linked to has a black bg but on the site its coming up as white.

The file is

As you can see it has a black BG but on the site its white :S

Can anyone help?

And why have you ripped half of that layout?

IE 6 or lower doesn't support background transparancy
