First [99] Goal

Well this is going to be my first 99 goal. 99 FLETCHING I'm sick of losing money so I'm putting a full stop to melee and pking. [except w18 one iteming occasionally]

I hope to accomplish this goal soon, I've got the money to buy 40k of the 80k supplies so that should speed things up a bit.

My current level is 70, I'll be posting updates below on my levels <333
