then there should be some rules

hatred comments should be disallowed
Compliments should be allowed
Posting pictures or links to pics should be at users own risk
Can't do anything about posing as others but if people do that its only there own fault as it shows they are low in self confidence to pose as something else to seek attention or pretend to live life as someone else is just hurting them self
