We had a P.E. teacher, but he left, so now we have a new one. We don't have to change clothes in Spain. He made up loads of new rules, which some I find stupid:
Make up a game to play - we write for 30 mins then play for 30 mins :(
Bring in a different T-shirt and shoes - That I agree with!
Somebody said he said we had to shower - now, I didn't hear this so it may be true, but if we do that sucks. 3/4 of the boys in class are very immature, less time for playing sport (imagine: 30 mins writing, 20 mins playing?!). In the summer in Spain it's gonna be hot like hell, so after a shower (we have a lesson first thing in the morning) we'll still sweat like a roasted pigs...
What are your thoughts?
Fall.

30 minutes of writing then only 20 minutes of playing?!?

Seems so! It felt like much longer writing, than playing. Maybe it was 20 mins writing, it felt like ages. And the playing time wasn't much! :( If we do have to shower (I have one every morning anyway), then that'll be less! Say like it's even 15 mins writing, then 10 mins showering + getting dressed, thats still jut 35 mins! 25 mins wasted!
Nice alts btw!
Thats a bunch of crud.
I reckon schools should make the kids do an hours PE every day. And when i say PE i dont mean writing, i mean running around, learning new skills and getting healthy.

I agree, theres this "obesity epidemic yet they are making kids sit indoors instead of taking them outside everyday for regular exercise.

Why not do some sport in your lunch break if you don't already.
Also, which year are you in? For GCSE P.E. in the UK some of the lessons are just writing and learning about sport, then other lessons are all sport. As for the shower you should be able to choose if you want to shower or not. they can't exactly force you to have a shower.
Why not suggest to your head of year/ head of P.E. that they move the timetables around so P.E. is the last lesson you have, that way you can go home in your P.E. kit and hop straight into your own shower/bath.
I agree with the comment made by Bef, the schools would probably have to end an hour later or start an hour earlier though which alot of people would complain about.

If he forced me to have a shower the last thing I'd do is walk out, but the things are so different here.
Mondays & Tuesdays: 8.00 - 3.00
Wednesdays*: 8.00 - 2.00
Thursdays & Fridays*: - 8.00 - 1.00
We finish school different times, the days with * are P.E. days.

If its a hot country, surely you'll sweat and want to shower though?€
Also to whoever said do PE last, all year groups do PE and it wouldn't really be practical to have PE last for eveyone, however beneficial.

Yes, however, on a Friday we have P.E. first thing (8.00 in the morning), when it's not too hot - and I'd already have taken a shower in the morning. Seems pointless again, plus there are many immature boys in my class >.<

Ok so its really hot? you've just run around playing sports and got yourselfs all sweaty and stinky so I think you would need another shower to be honest ... I have a shower ever morning and still had showers in P.E I mean the only reason people didn't have showers was if they were embarresed (sp?) about their bits & bobs

Yeah, but try having a shower with a class of immature people. :$ And we don't seem to be doing much playing as we write crap :s

Then thats there choice. Ther fault that ther not healthy. The point is, some kids actually enjoy sports and exercise. ALL kids need exercise. In my oponion its more important then alot of other subjects.
And some kids, the only time they get to run around is in PE.
Make them do atleast an hours exercise a day and ul see a big difference.
Sport doesnt just get you fit, it makes you happy, helps you bond with each other and helps with confidence.

It's peoples choice if they want to go outside or not, you can just go to an after school club or go out to keep fit.

I agree with the shower/extra pair of clothes.
I need a shower after P.E because if I don't have one I smell like **** all day.
