Help with Sam Broadcaster

When I try loading an encoder on Sam Broadcaster it always says:

Unable to open converter (Err: acmStreamOpen: The requested operation cannot be performed.)

Ive tried many encoders, reinstalled and redownloaded. Etc.
Any ideas why?

main thing is the radio on xD

some times radios tern off

tern it back on via your providers cast control / scpanel e.c.s

Sounds like an internal error with the sam broadcaster its self.

I host my own radio so I know it's on. Also, the sam is the newest version right off of the SpacialAudio website.
