You'll probably say this looks lke ClubHabbo's but i don't think so, the only thing is the side bar and the banner because that room is the only decent room in the hotel...

Well theres the background, sidebar, content idea are ripped, theres nothing more to the layout?

Top Bit: CH's banner goes right to top and doesnt have the 2 little 'pipe' things
Clouds: CH got rid of clouds
SideBar: Different Splits (content bits)
Content area doesn't fully meet with banner
Bottom Area: CH dont have it
Black Title areas: CH dont have them
DJ Avatar on sidebar: Not on CH
Yukkas: CH Removed them

and they've changed the banner.

Take the Google logo.

It's just:-
A font - free to air font I might add
Some colours - who owns colours?
Some effects - who owns effects?

But if you copyright that logo you'd get sued - sey la vie.

Still, ClubHabbo do not own that background, it's on many fansites and layouts. I doubt ClubHabbo made it.

It is a free download... So therefore it can be used by anyone...? and alot of sites use it nowadays

The images are owned by habbo so they cant do anything about it.
