i hardly ever have dreams. and im talking maybe once a month even up to once every three months. i will tell you what may be wrong
fear of not knowing when i could die (my tumor was a regrowth)
Fear of whats in the shadows
being ****** off alot (stress?)
and i never tell anyone anything about me apart from the stuff that i need help with (like how i feel or if anything hurts)

I don't get what you're trying to say here. I dream all the time every night and remember them when I wake up but later on in the day I completely forget. Sometimes during the day I do something to remind me of that dream which is weird sometimes but oh well.

Lol i suppose dreams are just your subconscious i suppose. I don't think there is an actual way to make yourself dream or make yourself stop dreaming too.
Maybe with the problems you said above that's why you don't dream or maybe you do actually dream but you don't remember at all when you wake up.
