Please Code My Layout!

I'm looking for someone to code my layout which is in photoshop (a psd) at the moment, You don't really need a picture to see what it looks like so i'm not going to bother posting one.

I would like the text editable and it to be top-quality,
It is going to be my brand new hosting site which is probably not going to start selling for a while as it is going to be my first one :D
