ye, its all over, unless yr using ajax where u can move them (like habbo home)

nice overall tho 8/10 (if u tidy up or use AJAX idea)

In what was is that layouted? layouts are suppost to bring order to websites, make it easyer for the users to navigate, the designs good the layout is not.

Its bad how it doesnt remember where to position it, you should check up "start up pages" i.e like live.com or igoogle, here is the script:

Find "draggable content" it remembers the positions.

A Nice layout and nice concept but it lacks organisation, I suggest you rearrange it and add some form of larger banner at the top to help lay it out. + rep , well done! :)
