Why follow the crowd? Lead your own group!

Henry Thoreau famously said "If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer."

If you like setting your own pace, or have your own beat then Habbo Groups (http://www.habbo.co.uk/groups/index.html) is for you - with each group you create or join you get a unique badge, designed by you, and a Group Habbo Homes page with which to show the world who, what and how fast you really are. Also, with the Group Members only option on your guestbook you can turn your group page into an exclusive forum for you and your friends!

Not only are Groups a fantastic new way to express yourself on Habbo (check out the directory (http://www.habbo.co.uk/groups/directory) to see just how many politically-minded groups we have already!) but they're also a great way to meet new friends - join a group thats interested in the same things that you are about and who knows who you might meet!

Habbo Groups (http://www.habbo.co.uk/groups/index.html) - it's what you make it, so get in there and make it happen today!

habbo want more people to make groups than just joining them AKA habbo want more money :P
i have searched it so i dont think it has been posted.

So Habbo are basically saying that the definition of group doesn't exist on Habbo? She needs a slap with the reality herring.

£14k? No. Its over £20,000 already, cuz over 20,000 groups. And dont forget the amount of credits spent for the homes, so thats prob on average 5-10 creds per group, so thats possibly another £20,000.
£40,000 off young kids? How much more do they want tbh??

Don't forget they have to pay Staff and other overhead costs. The income might very well be £40,000 - With tax and overheads into consideration, I suspect its not that much profit, especially given the amount of money each release costs.

o i understand that, but im sure they make a lot from advertisements. But like, ppl are gunna do groups anyway, no need to make it rly obvious that they need the money.. God knows theyve pushed loads of credits buying lately. Double credits, New Iced, Rares, Groups, etc ... xD

And where did you get that from?

Try looking at the amount of groups made? Each group costs 10 credits = 1 pound. Last I looked their had been 14,000 groups made, but as stated above their is more now.

Do the maths yourself.

I would say 75% of Habbo Groups are pointless.

You people need to learn the main focus of a business, y'kno, i wouldn't like you guys to invest a couple of £1000 in a business, you'd be out of business within three days.

Edit; I'm so nice, i got the definition of a business for you;

An organization operated with the objective of making a profit from the sale of goods or services.

So they are asking people to create more groups, a little too obvious they just want some more money. Can't they come up with a competition or something to hide the truth? :P
