Hmmm, it's a good idea, but it is very pointless with the means of Habbo. It's easier just to go into a room to trade for furniture, than to go on a site and wait hours, if not days for a reply.

IT is all by the means of email (hidden from buyer). It is hard of a buying to go room by room to find what he wants and the price he want to get. imagine queue for so long.

For seller, it is very irritating when habbo just pop in and shout(jump queue) and ask you question.

Against the habbo way is mainly the one dealing with cash! We all know we cannot STOP anyone from selling furni for $$$ in real life. I do deter this action partially.

To me, it is silly!! We pay real $$ for furni and we can't sell it when we don't need it. This is also a good way to market habbo.
It certain wont get shut down. I m not selling there product. just providing a service site for all habbos.:eusa_danc

I was gonna do this around 2 years ago apart from on mine it would send usernames not emails so it isnt against the habbo way and it had the [in my opinion better] name of habbay [habbo-ebay].

It's very funny you should say that. Myself and a group of highly proffessional coders and designers (some work for IMVU) are working on a system which is like Ebay called 'Habbay' except it will be fairly different from your average Habbo trading site. I can't reveal how just yet but I've a feeling it will be a hit.
