Can I just ask, last time Sam asked to return as Super Moderator he was put on trial again as a Moderator for it, but he never got promoted, so he quit. But then this time he asks for it back, as you say, and gets it straight away?

You should open applications:

Name:
Habbo Name:
Why do you want to be a moderator:
Do you like me?

When "YES" is entered into that fourth field they get automatically stuck on the "HIRED" pile eh?

This is in no offence to Sam btw, as it's irrelevant to him being hired, but if MAD is reading this thread I may aswell mock.

It wasn't actually me that said it, it was 'sweets' or something.

I think hiring people through post reports is much better for a couple of reasons.

1. It shows the person is noticing rule breaking and is trying to do something about it (something a moderator has to be able to do).

2. It increases the number of people reporting posts meaning it helps current smods and mods with their job.

3. It saves a lot of time. If I open applications for 24 hours only, I will get about 50 apps. And then about 10 asking when the next apps will open and about 5 sending theres in late.

4. Its much easier to have a flow of people being hired instead of having to hire so many at once (ie 5 or more at once). Theres little point in opening apps if I am only after a few moderators.

I hope that explains it a bit :).

MAD if you read the Q/C thread about that I supported the report post idea. I was being nasty to you in that post there :)
