Yea, i completely agree, thats exactly the reason someone would write an essay or long post on a forum, its preposterous to suppose its because they find something interesting and simply have a lot to say on a given topic, i mean thats obscured, its obviously all just for the street cred writing an essay would definitely give everyone who did so...
