Basically his time is 13 hours ahead of yours, and most people come on between 4 and 10pm, so work it out ;)

Wayne's appearances are a little more sporadic. You have to remember, as Nick said, they have real life goings on so you just have to be patient and your problem will be sorted as soon as is possible :)!

NVR is extremely efficient with VIP... Did you send him a copy of the receipt?

He will be on about 7pm I would think.

Hes usually on invisable mode (most AGM and higher are) so you probably won't actually see him online on the forum. Hes -5 hours GMT. Not sure what time it is in aussie compared to GMT though (is it +9 or something?).

He does have a life you know. If he hasn't been on for 12 hours he won't be fired. You'll have to be patient. He's nearly always on invisible and even if he does comes online, he won't be checking his PMs straight away because he'll have heaps of them to go through.
