Hey, last night me and my freind, played this devil game, where you put your legs togethor, play with a coin heads = yes tales=no and i threw the coin up, and i said can i open the gates to heaven and hell, it said no, so i took my legs out,
they say if u loose you get beaten up in the night, and you hear noises' and get nightmares
and i have a massive bruise on my arm, bruise on my hand, and i heard creaking on the stars, everyone was asleep, all my cats were in my room, and i had a nightmare,

All the normal things that go bump in the night have been magnified by about 50 because of your paranoia. You were thinking about all these devil and evil things that could happen so your body recollecting them in the form of a nightmare and the bruises.. Your body can do crazy things, maybe you slept on them in a bad way.
If you sleep on your chest, don't. I've heard that pressure on the chest can cause nightmares (and also if you slept on your arms, bruises)

Yep, after I watch a scary movie and go to bed, I swear I imagine seeing people in my bedroom in stuff.

It's because it's on your mind. It's probably the reason why some people may beleive they see a ghost after losing someone dear to them.

After watching Final Destination 3 - that night when I went to bed all I could think about was imagining the ceiling falling on me or a plane crashing into my house. Sounds stupid but it was wierd.

indeed is paranoia, because a bump during the day is nothing, but a bump during the night is seen much worse - it could be a mad axe man:'(
