OK: the desk study is on global warming and economical issues - sighhh. Has anyone any idea what the task may be? I was thinking a speech or writen piece for a younger audience as the formality of the desk study is consistent throughout. However, the desk study last year was aimed for a younger audience... will they repeat a similar audience? :/ and lots of genres are already included in the desk study such as a spoken pieces, magazine articles etc. so it's completely thrown me.
