This guy (http://www.flickr.com/photos/tiki/445618364/in/set-72157600049254981/) was on street patrol in Iraq and as he rounded a corner, an insurgent shot him in the chest from just a few feet away. Fortunately, the bullet hit his iPod and was slowed down enough that it didn't penetrate his body armor and he was unwounded. Apparently an engineer at Apple caught wind of the story and is trying to help the guy get a new iPod.

He may have just had it in his pocket for when hes not out on duty? I doubt he actually was listening to it at the time as he would get into trouble for that.

There's a lot of useless features, like music sharing (you can send songs to other zune players, but they can only listen to them 5 times :rolleyes:) but its got a lot of cool stuff too.

Im sure there are many people who have been shot while having an iPod somewhere with them, and no one thinks anything of it, but one time it actually hits the ipod and saves him, its "OMGZZZ WHAT A MIRRICLZZZ!"
