and its like in my lip yano in the top middle one where it kinda makes a vally of u get me? just there, just before my lip. and i was wondering if anyone cold tell me what it is? it hurts when i touch it, also a few weeks ago i accidently over dosed and i was wondering if anyone knew if it had out to do with that?

It's probablly just saw, have you cut it recently, or you may have a small infection, use bonjella or something. And it will just clear up within a week or so.
