[New Idea] HC Badges

Dunno if anyones posted this but i had the idea of this

1-12 months - Bronze

12-23 months - Silver

24 months + - Gold

Too many people are gold hc now and i think it needs to be varied :)

No one would like to become platinum as it would be like silver.

Platinums bluey silver, so just make it more bluey.

its an ok idea, many people have thought of it. But everyone is going to want to be gold hc not bronze so people will not bother buying it unless they are already in the 12-24 month period.

I love Rob's idea but platinum is too far. However, you're forgetting the normal HC badge.

Maybe:
First subscribe - Normal HC badge
6 months - Bronze
12 months - Silver
24 months - Gold

Whoever asked for alts, they would just be recolours, like trophies :).

I support adding Platinum. It can be white-blueish in colour.

Gold onwards, badges start to sparkle.

Ah it's been suggested so many times, just leave it as it is! It'll be to complicated. You'll get people asking
"Y IS UR BADGE SILVER" ~ "Because I have had HC for over 12 months :)"
"Y IS DAT GUYS BADGE GOLD DEN" ~ "Because he has had HC for over 24 months :)"
"WOT ABOUT DAT GUY, ITS LYK A BLUEY COLOUR" ~ "He has had HC for over 35 months :)".

That happens no matter what badge you have. I think of it like celebrities - if you want to be rich and famous, you have to put up with the fans ;).
