Depends how far with it you want to go:

E.g: having the holys on walls.

Could cost alot because it is a big room.

parrosols and holly are about 2.5t
all the rest is probably another few t

so about 8-11t

How can you make it again, if you haven't made the room in the first place? Anyways if you can afford to make it, go for it, If you can't don't :) It is a very nice room as i have said before +rep to Blissa.
