Doing mine atm at Network Services in my local Collage. It's quite fun really, I don't do a great deal but all the guys I work with are pretty cool. As it is I just seem to go around setting up laptops and changing Toner but apparently it's a quiet time of the year because all of the second years have left and things are starting to wind down because it's coming towards the end of the academic year, But whilst I'm doing nothing I get to sit on Vista just posting on forums etc (That's probley 80% of my time) So that's pretty cool ;) .All in all, I like it :)

Work experience is good for your education in my opinion, good to get a feel of what it's like to work in a 9 'till 5 job. Rather than getting thrown into it when you start your working life.

I'm taking it you're joking? Considering they are paid at least £75,000 and they have to take breaks every half an hour or so because of the pressure. They'd never even let a kid into the complex, too many health/safety problems..

I am meant to do it 18th-29th June but I am not doing it because the school buggered mine up and only crappy placements are left so I refuse to do it basically unless they give me something I actually wouldn't mind doing.

Work experience is awesome if you have a good placement. Fortunately mine was, but i can imagine it being a bit crappy if you wouldn't choose to be there or don't like some of the people. Either way it's good experience.
