and he keeps arguing with me..

i find illegal retro's on his website [againt my t&c] and suspended him for it.

Firstly, you can flame him because he did not pay you the cash.
Secondly he should have read the terms and conditions. You have the right to suspend his domain if he breaks the T&C, even if he did pay.
