Well, I think this is only like my second non-habbo layout i've ever designed so here goes.

Its not bad, however personally I don't like the colours but thats my preference. Overall its quite nice, well done. :D + rep.

Nice attempt, but the pixelization of it and the colour scheme puts me off. :)

I'm not that keen on the navigation text, however the overall theme it seems like something is missing. Agreed with the above post, don't know why.

I think you need some sort of pattern on there, maybe diagonal line theme on the black border. Might look okay.

Just feels like something isn't right.
