Just to let you guys know, Yellow Road Barriers are Misc's and Hedges are also Misc's :)

They are not normals.

As you may remember, in your time as rvm some rares that had recently left the catalogue and were misc rares, were left in the norm rare section for a few weeks as they were popular at the time. This is the same for the rares you have mentioned above, thank you for your concern. :)
