Sg MOD anyhow ban people.. Ha!

I got banned in my hotel for advertising my site. They said i advertise a scam site. Haha!

Then I email direct to the hotel manager.

Me: I did not scammed. Why am i premanently banned?

Her reply: You are not allowed to advertise site that required habbo to give their personal info.

Me: Have you try to register in my site? No address field! No mobile/phone number field. And i have stated that pls register with another email and do NOT use habbo password.

Her reply: You are not allowed to advertise site that sell habbo furni.

Me: It is a TRADING SITE IN FACT. Selling furni for furni. No cash involved. So this is no sales. Please refer to some of your official fan site. They create trading forum too. Is that an infridgement? Some of these fansites play copyright songs without license. You approved these sites. You are encouraging this kids to commit crime. Previously you told me i scam, then you tell me my site required personal info, then you said auction and trading sites are not allowed.. what is your next story?

Her Reply: I refer to some of your ads that other habbo posted. Selling furni for pures (in cash). Please remove them and i unban your acct.

Me: Done. Please note i cannot monitor this site 24/7. same for your MOD that they can't monitor every single habbo. PLEAE TELL YOUR MOD TO INVESTIGATE THING PROPERLY BEFORE BANNING PEOPLE. DON'T BAN PPL ANYHOW! I understand they are young lads.

Her Reply: I suggest you get other habbo to assist you in moderating the sites. Whenever you need a breather. they can assist you. Your ban is lifted.

Me: Thanks. I am getting other habbo but i have to ensure i don't affect their school work!

I am back at Hotel SG!! These MOD usually don't investigate before banning people. I have successful reincarnated from a perm ban with my site habbofreeads.com still running.

No cash involved. Initially i do state that u sell furni for cash at your own risk.. it seems habbo make me responsible for that.. so i remove it promptly. I change it jobs ads instead... that was all before i got ban and any warning... It is true what i cannot control what people is advertising... I did my best.. Some in habbo.. the MOD cannot monitor each and every single habbo. They need ppl to report.

Sometimes, its inevitable. But, you need to hire MODs to minimize this.

I agree they are hired to ensure safety.. But did they actually investigate before issuing "a fine"?

Imagine i m just an ignorant kid and got banned for this confusion and what can i do to appeal against it. As you see I have to rebute the manager a few times before she got nothing to say and she just merely required me to do some modification before she lift the ban. A kid may not know how to reason out with them.

Yes it is no big deal when they commit a mistake...only if Sulake knows it.. Many times it is covered up by the manager for mistake they made. (I got banned previously when i ask a question - that is ridiculous!).

Most habbo play this chatroom because other friends are around and it is chain effect.

E.G Habbo A got banned, Habbo B quit because Habbo A is no longer around. Habbo C and D quit because Habbo B quitted and so on.

Same when u had a popular habbo company and u tried not to play habbo for a few months. If you come back it is 0.01% that people still remain at your room and work. Even in real life - If Bill Gates MIA, what will happen to Microsoft stock price? So is it a BIG DEAL this time?

This is buiness and customer service. If your electricity got cut off for a few days when you are a good pay master and the utility company apologise by saying they make a mistake. Will you just accept and say well.. it is no big deal! :eusa_wall
