You need to make a database in cPanel in the MySQL Databases section, then make a user. Near the bottom of the MySQL area, you need to add the user to the database, selecting ALL as the permissions.

Then, put yourcpanelusername_databasename into "Database name", yourcpanelusername_username into "Database username" and the password you set into "Database password".
