What gets a wordpress blog popular? is another one, what do people like to see?

Well... usually an original stylish look helps! Like don't just go on a massive template site and pick out the average Joe one - instead maybe get adventurous and try to make your own or modify a template? Be creative! People don't want to read about how the stock market crashed today they want to hear about funny random stuff thats happening thats interesting!

Basically just be original and don't just try and immitate other blogs - information will become useless if it is just copied too may times :)

None **** content does it for me. There is a good article on www.sitepoint.com/forums called 'Why I unsubscribed to your blog.' Read it and make sure your blog ticks NONE of the boxes :)
