Layout needed coding

Yet again its not finished, But I'll be paying, £5 to get it coded as im guessing it'll be a pretty difficult layout to code, Im only paying £5 if it gets coded in EXPANDABLES.

Heres the layout.. Anyone wanna code it for £5 - Btw the white line going through the middle of it is nothing to worry about, Its the watermarker that does that.
