Epic Pally mount quest

This is so frigging annoying.. 6 arcanite bars, 15g each.. and i need 5 dark runes on top of all of that, 150g!

No one is selling the runes either :@

Dark rune dropped for me a few times in scholo. Tried going there? If you level up in outland you should get enough gold to buy what you need(if thats the problem) or you could just forget about getting the mount and buy one of the racial mounts and get your epic pally at 70? :P

I've done that part now, bought the runes for 2g.

I now need to buy essence from an NPC for 135g, some gem from another NPC for 45g and an Azerothian Diamond...

Then I need to go to scholo, or strath.. can't remember - and i'll be done.

I had to buy 150g of mats, 150g for one quest item, and I would've had to spend 250g on more quest items, lucky I found a friendly lock who shared hers. (this is for the lock quest).

Same :) except i had to pay a lock 50g to use his mats, i still saved 200g

In one more level I get Crusador Aura, +20% speed on mount. I have an auto buff where i travel 8% faster anyway... 128% faster! ^^
