Should spam be made illegal and only legal in spam forum? cos im gettin very annoyed at people like kyle, --ss--2 and queer posting spam in every signle topic. i think it would make the internet a better place because at the minute its very frustrating and i smack the wall when people do spam................................

Im confused o.0 What the hell does legality have to do with forum rules. Plus in many countarys spam is illegal (proper spamming) with laws such as the US's CANN Spam law or whatever its called.
