Then you have the whole issue, mac will run next to no software, windows runs pretty much all software. osx will only run on mac hardware, windows will run on ANY hardware (macs included)

Refer to the underlined phrases. The whole idea is that:
(a) PowerPanel is history as in Windows 98
(b) The blue screen is often associated with crash/major error, ya know like the panel crashes your pc or just generally it crashes itself
