The person who sold the account can recovery the account after selling it, I believe that is why.

But people selling rep/vip/members pin can just not give the stuff after being given the money? There is a risk in both, dont see why one should be allowed and other shouldnt

yea i know, and in being hacked the seller is scamming them,

my point is that you can be scammed on pin trades etc, so why should the rules allow one and not the other :P
