I dont play and I have some members stuff I dont actually use you could have if you are a member.
Is it possible to trade members stuff when your a non-member?
Anyway if you need some gold you can have that too I guess.

Chickens - cows - goblins - wizards - gaints - moss gaints - lessers :).
That should do I think. I haven't played for a while so I may have missed out other useful monsters :P.

When I started again I did;
1, Cows - To level 10 Atk,Str.
2, Monks - I got my Atk & Str to level 40 here.
3, Rock crabs - Can go up to level 80 here in a combat skill. (If your not a member stay at monks untill you have about 60 in your combat skills.)
4, Experiments - I would advise using these if you don't mind geting prayer up as the priest in peril quest gives Prayer xp. These give 400xp per kill.
(If your non-member go to Hill Giants or Moss Giants what ever you feel comfortable with.)
5, Pest control - You should have a high enougth strength level by now to hit the requierd amount to gain a Pest Control Point, if you find a good world you can get 1kxp + every 2 minutes. (Non-members try Lessers demons.)

to be honest with you.... once you get to around 60ish combat level i would start training using slayer
that way you are training both combat and the slayer skill at the same time.
besides, depending on the monster you get for your task you might get some rare drops ;)
