My leg

Yesterday I fell over and i hit my knee pretty bad, and now
my knee is all bruised. It's got bigger today and now the pain is at
the top of my leg and at the calf area. I can walk but sometimes
it hurts to walk or move my leg.
Sometimes it's fine, but sometimes it really hurts.
Any tips on what I should do? Don't say go to the doctors because I go on holiday in 4 days and it takes about a week to get into the doctors.

I said I might, because it's not as if i've broken my leg, as I can still move it.
