Well I really want an Eyebrow peircing and I Think it would look good on me, the only problem is my mum doesnt Want me to get one and my Grandad would disown me if I did NO JOKES. In This case should fashion go before familly or should I be able to choose What I do with my body.:S

I think thats the best Idea, But I dont see why they wont let me have one its not like its a permanent thing, If I dont like it and leave the peircing then it will heal over wont it?

Do it if you want it

By Do I do it for fashion I was just putting it into context (ie it would be classified as an fashion accessory like an earing), I wouldnt just go and get a peircing because I thought it would make me look macho or hard or whatever, I would get it cos I like it and it would be a good experince if it would heal over if I didnt want it hence my question about whether or not it would heal.

TBH: My age has nothing to do with whether I am mature enought to make a decision for myself unless of course I was at an age where I was mentally imature, unless you were asking this question because of the age restrictions to do with Peircings then I take this back

i was asking to see if your old enough to just get it done but im guessing not.

& i meant like dont get it done 'cus you look good ect, which obv you want it done as you like it, then all means go get it done.

Your parents cant do anything at the end of the day, they'll moan and kick a fitt but they get over it.

Save yourself the hassle and wait til' you're old enough to do it without your parents freaking out. They'll probably make you take it out anyway, so it'd be a waste of money and time.

def. put family before it, at the end of the day its a small bar of metal... You never know, they might turn around and say "ok" one day, thats what my mum did, I wanted my nose done, and all of a sudden she said, ok, get it done its cool with me, when I least expected it. Whatever you do, don't get it done behind their back either, trust me, its REALLY not worth it, and at the end of the day, its only a piercing, you can do without it, I doubt you could do without your family.

It's up to you if your at the right age, if your not then it's up to your parents.

If your Grandad would disown you over a tiny piece of metal then I personally wouldn't want to speak to him as it shows that he'll stop loving you over something small like that.

If you think you can "face" the punishment for a piercing on your "face" then you should. Just ask yourself this. "Why am i getting my eyebrow pierced?"

Yeah, Listen to your family. There's no point in doing it behind their back because then you'll be losing each other's trust and respect.
Personally, I think piercings are a waste of time and usually look down right ugly on people, But that's my opinion.
If you want it but you're not allowed it, then you're just gonna have to wait aren't you? And I bet once you've stopped thinking about it for more than a week you'll forget you even wanted it done. :P
Btw, What are everyone's opinions on belly piercings?
