Can you help? (VBulletin)

Okay.. really badly need somebodies help. Well, my problem is if you look at the bottom of Habbox Forum you can see all the users who are currently online in colours (depending on Usergroups etc). Ive changed my Usergroups to different colours, but for some reason when you look at the list of users who are online at the bottom, they aren't in the colours assigned to the Usergroups. They aren't in any colour at all.

Do I need to download a plugin or change a setting?

Hope somebody can help me. :)

Are you using <span style='color:<insert color here>'><insert name here></span>?

Are you assigning the users to the correct usergroups? Are they showing the usergroup "Normal member" but have the other usergroups ticked, if so then click the drop down menu "Display Usergroup" and then change it to the one you want to be shown.

That could be a problem. :P
