Im upgrading from a PHPBB2 to an IPB, but when I do i get an error saying it can't find a file.

You need to somehow convert the files/database from one board to another. What sort of file is it? Skin files or board files?

Can you post the actual PHP error please, you may get better support by asking me or someone else down at IPSBeyond (IPSBeyond name is AH Modding)
