Poison ivy!! need help!

Ok this is not a joke. I was pulling weeds the other day for my mom got 20 bucks heck yes.. anways i guss i tiched or did somthing down in the crouch area if u no what i mean... and well guss what.. i got posion ivy on my ceck n bowls it stinks man! BUt the strange thing is posion ivy dose not spread this is spreading and im getting like little bubles on me that are yellow and look like ummmma yellow dot i guss?
but its kinda like a zit cause when u pop it watery stuff comes out i no thats so nasty but serisly *** is this lol and should i go see a docter.
