[vb] Time error

So yeh, I just installed my forum me dad purchased, and the time is on the forum right now:

01:44 AM.

i've gone into admincp -Date and times settings -
Default Time Zone Offset and that is set as: [GMT] Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon , Casablanca

is that correct?:S

[today]

You have to set it to +one hour :)
